Welcome to Luces de Tul. Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that you receive your fashion apparel and accessories in the most efficient way possible.

  1. Shipping costs. (Shipping only within MEXICO)
  • For purchases equal to or greater than $2,000.00 MXN, shipping is FREE throughout Mexico.
  • For purchases under $2,000.00 MXN, shipping within the Mexican Republic is $180.00 MXN.
  • We offer standard and express shipping within Mexico. Costs vary depending on the option selected.
  1. Processing and Shipping Time
  • In Stock: Orders with in-stock products are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped within 5-7 business days.
  • Imports: Sometimes our products are not in stock and are imported mainly from Spain, which can extend the delivery time reflected in the previous paragraph by up to 2 additional weeks.
  • Garments from our brand María Free Made to Order: The garments from our brand María Free are made especially for you. The processing time for the production can vary from 10 to 15 business days, depending on the design and the complexity of the order.
  • Custom accessories and t-shirts from Wanabana brand. All of our products are customized to your specifications. Processing time for customized products can vary between 7-10 business days. This time includes the creation, printing, and preparation of the item.
  1. Order Tracking . You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can follow the status of your purchase in real time.
  2. Returns and Refunds Policy
  • WE DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS
  • FOR EXCHANGES of items purchased on the website www.lucesdetulapparel.store are accepted within 14 CALENDAR DAYS from the day the product is received.
  • Any shipping and courier costs incurred due to changes are the responsibility of the customer.
  • For the exchange policies to be applied, the merchandise must be in perfect condition and returned unused and with the labels in place.
  • Returns of María Free garments made to order and accessories and personalized t-shirts from Wanabana. Since the garments are made to order and/or personalized for customers, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the order. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Returns for other items: Returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

5. Additional Considerations

  • Delays for items that are not in stock and have to be ordered from warehouses in Spain: Regarding items that are not in stock and are subject to any delay in arriving at our warehouse, we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • Delays on custom or made-to-order garments: In the event of unforeseen delays in production or import, we will keep you informed and do our best to minimize delays.
  • Order Errors: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue. Be sure to provide photos of the defect or error to expedite resolution.
